I don't think it does. Maybe that's why we ended up with the book of Revelation.

Try the Book of Enoch. Reading is considered to increase intelligence.

I dont think their was a drug problem back in B.C times. Although it does mention about drinking to drunkness is a sin. Which i imagine is pretty much the same thing.

Galatians 5:19-21 "Now the deeds of the flesh are evident, which are: immorality, impurity, sensuality, idolatry, sorcery, enmities, strife, jealousy, outbursts of anger, disputes, dissensions, factions, envying, drunkenness, carousing, and things like these, of which I forewarn you, just as I have forewarned you, that those who practice such things will not inherit the kingdom of God. " In this passage, the word sorcery implies "the use or administering of drugs, " from the original translated Greek word pharmakeia, according to Strong's Concordance. Not only is sorcery found in Galatians, but in a multitude of other verses as well, all implying the use of marijuana and other drugs. The most serious of these is Revelation 9:20-21 and Revelation 18:23, where scripture tells us mind-altering drug use, as experience by those who smoke weed or use other drugs, will lead to destruction and punishment for those who will not repent: "The rest of mankind, who were not killed by these plagues, did not repent of the works of their hands, so as not to worship demons, and the idols of gold and of silver and of brass and of stone and of wood, which can neither see nor hear nor walk; and they did not repent of their murders nor of their sorceries nor of their immorality nor of their thefts, " (Revelation 9:20-21). "...and the light of a lamp will not shine in you any longer; and the voice of the bridegroom and bride will not be heard in you any longer; for your merchants were the great men of the earth, because all the nations were deceived by your sorcery, " (Revelation 18:23).

If you can't do any good at least don't do any bad.

You won't find any if you are looking for exact wordings. However, 2 Cor 7:1 says.. Therefore, since we have these promises, beloved ones, let us cleanse ourselves of every defilement of flesh and spirit, perfecting holiness in God’s fear. Illegal drugs and other harmful substances defiles our body.

It does not explicitly mention various drugs and their use, abuse, or dependence. It does mention alcohol and drunkenness as a problem. we are also to obey laws of the land and be good stewards of our bodies. There is an article that addresses these issues well. It is at: gotquestions.org/ sin-drugs.html

It doesnt say its a sin but it does say not to. A drug is a chemical substance which alters the way in which a body functions, thereby affecting the person taking it physically, perceptually, behaviourally or emotionally; sometimes in a destructive or harmful manner. The purpose of using drugs medicinally is, as far as possible, to restore a person to full health, wholeness, Shalom. As such the responsible and controlled use of medicinal drugs is acceptable. 2 corinthians 6:19-20 God made us the way we are, to function the way we do - naturally, not artificially. (Psalm 139)

The bit where Freddy, Franklin, and Phineus go out, and Norbert the Nark sneaks into their apartment, looking for "Mary Jane ". Right up until the moment he slits open the inflatable sofa that's filled with nitrous oxide, and erm, . . . . loses his concentration somewhat? (When Freddy gets back, he thinks the Sofa committed suicide)

Nowhere. Genesis 1:29 "Then God said, "I give you every seed-bearing plant on the face of the whole earth and every tree that has fruit with seed in it. They will be yours for food.' " Though I think it would take at least some spore-bearing plants to explain Revelation, wouldn't it?

Romans 12:1- "Therefore, I urge you, brothers, in view of God's mercy, to offer your bodies as living sacrifices, holy and pleasing to God—this is your spiritual act of worship. " It doesn't specifically say doing drugs is a sin, but taking drugs ruins your body and so it is not pleasing to God.

Paul warned first-century Christians against the “practice of spiritism.” (Galatians 5:20) The Greek word Paul here used, phar‧ma‧ki′a, literally means “the use of drugs.” Not surprisingly, drugs play a part in modern-day spiritism. For example, alcohol and drugs have reportedly been used to induct new members into satanic cults. It has also been said that drugs may be used to make a victim more malleable about performing tasks during the satanic ceremonies. Whatever the case, Peter wrote that the Devil “walks about like a roaring lion, seeking to devour someone.” (1 Peter 5:8) The Greek word ka‧ta‧pi′no, translated “devour,” figuratively means “consume,” or “overwhelm.” Drugs and spiritism do just that. This gives Christians forceful incentive to avoid any type of drug abuse.—Compare 2 Corinthians 4:4.

Sin means separation from God, and not necessarily “bad doing” or break the laws of moral / conduct. We need to fight the guilt consciousness in us by knowing that we are precious in God's eyes and He is a just God. God is Spirit and when we want to be under His commandments, we should interpret from a Devine perspective. God wants us to understand the reason for His laws (i.e. the spirit behind the words) and not to apply on face value only. Laws are made for lawless and disobedient people, righteous people are already guided by their good intentions. Any intentions motivated by selfishness (i.e. spirit of treachery) is a form of unfaithfulness - i.e. dishonoring one's promises to each other. A good test is: "would we accept it if we are the one being treated this way? " Rahab the prostitute chose to tell a lie, so that “Jews” hiding on her roof would not be killed by the enemies. When the midwives were called into Pharaoh and questioned why they had not killed the Hebrew male children, they lied ….. but God blessed them. The governing principle, that surpasses all others is, “You shall love others as yourself. Love works no ill to another”. It settles any apparent conflict of principles. Therefore where there's love, there is fulfilment of law. God wants a faithful spirit, motivated by love for Him to love others as we love ourselves. Because when we love God, we will naturally want to be faithful in all things. In all conflicting situations we face, we ask ourselves if we are still bound by our promises, or if we are doing it out of an evil reason. The result of our decisions should be to "save " and our decision should not leave us feeling guilty. In situations as such, I would pray for help from the Holy Spirit in Jesus name, for the ability to discern my situations and wait for advice from God which will prompt me inside my heart what to do. When I work with the Holy Spirit, He is so gentle and will not rush me into making any decision. And any decisions prompt by God will always leave a sense of fulfilment and peacefulness in me.

It doesn't say anything about taking drugs. :) Revelations has nothing to do with Christianity, it was found in a cave with a load of Animistic paraphernalia. Originally it was classified as a relic from Animism. It was St. Augustine in 400ad who suddenly decided it was written by St. John and included it in the bible. When it was included it came with a disclaimer to not interpret it literally. The only remaining fragment of that says to not add or take from the bible. Oh the irony. lol Practicing Shaman... quantum physics rocks.

I don't think it does, nor does it say that shooting someone with an Uzi is a sin!
