The eradication of tobacco and alcohol form society is the aim... not the legalisation of other idiot pastimes.

The war on drugs is a complete waste of tax payers money and is just ridiculous

Making pot legal wouldn't do that much but if all drugs were legal it would cause people to OD and die. people would mistake one drug for another and die. People would drop out of school and die. People would get shot by gangsters and die. So other than that the world would be cool.

Answer to your main question wuld be evryone would be trashed, broke and smelly. the world would be in ruins and caous. and the death rate would go up either way. scientists have said that but it dosen't mean they are nesseccarily accurate. for all we know it could be well bad for a particular part of you body

Allot of drugs a far worse for your body than alcohol and yes drug related crime would drop but crimes like murder, rape, assault and burglary would sky rocket.

Gangs would have to find another source of income Dealers would have to get a 9 to 5 Drugs related crime would cease Kids in high school wouldnt be able to profit enormously, so in my opinion kids wouldnt have to worry about buying guns. The people who do drugs now will just continue to do them, i hate when people say everybody will be high because only the people who do drugs now will do them when they are legal. (might be different with pot) This is the way i see it, we are spending billions of dollars to stop the consumption of drugs in America, basically an endless war. We are throwing addicts in prison when they should be in treatment. Im all for the legalization of "natural drugs " but decriminalize crack, pcp, and meth. As long as drugs exist there will always be consumers. Legalize da herb. P.S. I live in charlotte too

Organised crime would go down, more addicts would turn to rehab as a way of coping, drug consumption would decrease dramatically and billions would be made with taxation of them. The prisons would be emptied of drug related crime. If you don't believe me, then look at the Portuguese experience, this is what has happened there.
