Why is it then when Islam bans adultery, drugs alcohol etc it works but not when christians do it fails?
Don't tell me its because they will flog you or chop your hands off. Quite honestly i would rather loose my hand or take 200 lashes than 20 or 30 years in jail just for selling drugs or bootlegging. I would rather be stoned than sentanced to jail for life just for making lsd...So why is it that Islam can band things like drugs and alcohol and it works. There is almost no drug use in Islamic countries like saudi arabia, almost no alcohol and most of what remains is westerners and expats and not citizens or muslims. WHy does it work there but not in America? Could it be that muslims are just more pious and true to their faith than christians?Could it be muslims are more law abiding people and hard workers and more moral than christians? I think the war on drugs was is and always will be pointless. where there is a need or a want someone will get what they want whether it is legal or illegal. 86 people just got busted for drugs in my small city today. I do not support drug use, probably the only thing im ok with is marijuana bc i c it as harmless or at least equivalent to alcohol cigs. i just believe the ppl who do this stuff dnt sell bc they want to its cuz they want to be happy and successful and that was the only way they knew how or could get it. Throwing them in jail never seemed like a good solution to me they come out doing the same thing....were cutting down the limbs and not the root of the problem What do u think?Um no thanks to the crack man. like i said im not cool with that.

Why is are generation on drugs?
Its getting stupid now. In collage everyone decided to test drugs. Now everyone I know just seems to be popping pills or smoking spliffs as if its not that big a deal? Cousins, friends, people I work with, people i've dated. Its not my circle of friends because my family, work and friends don't even know each other. They are from different groups of people from chavs, geeks, goffs, hipsters, teachers, gays, managers, old people, even people who are big shots in London And there from all over England I blame Skins...

Why do so many people think observed drug test are legal?
I have seen a few questions on here about an employers right to see you give a sample for a drug test. I find a few of the responses disturbing. No employer has the right to force you to expose your genitals to obtain employment. Why do so many people think this is legal behavior on the part of employers.

Does using drugs make you a bad person?
I have to be honest, I have used a wide range of drugs, all in moderation of course, ranging from marijuana to ecstasy. I always use these within a few months of each other, I never once have felt any ill effects of drug use, I am responsible and I will accept the risks of using drugs, The use of drugs has opened my mind and made me think in a different way, it has made me appreciate life more as a result of en lighting experiences.But by doing this, does it make me a bad person I would really like to hear people's opinions on thisJust to make it clear, I am not addicted to any substances and I rarely even drink alcohol, I'm in school and have lots of good friends, I live a pretty normal life. So I am not your typical drug addict, There is a difference between a drug user in moderation and a drug addictjust to talk about the addiction side of things, I would normally use MDMA which is NOT physiologically addictive, I have taken this drugs more than 50 times in the space of 5 years, each time with normally 4 months between each time I took it. Sometimes I would not take it for a year, Just to prove I am not addicted to it, I have never used any addictive substances like coke, Speed, Meth, or even nicotine. So don't call me an addict, I just want to hear your opinion on wither you think I am a good or bad person

What to say to someone who says drugs are cool?
My friend said her boyfriend does heroine and other drugs as well as smoking and she finds it really attractive. I know she was trying to make me and my other friends think that she's really 'cool' with her badass boyfriend, when in reality its just stupid. I know that obviously taking drugs etc is bad but what are good comebacks for someone who is trying to sound rebellious and cool? E.g he's obviously emotionally unstable...Your comeback will get used if its insanely good enough some time in my future, and although you will never know, just have the warmth in your heart to know that you've helped a teenage girl to outsmart the extremely and amazingly cool rebellious tough guys.
