Okay people i haven't been smoking anything illegal or legal for that matter, but my mom thinks i am. she swears up and down that im doing drugs because i look like and act like a "hippie " or a "stoner " and all that crap.i am a hippie, but that's besides the point! she doesn't believe that peeing in a cup and sending it to a lab will determine anything. i don't want to go to rehab so people please give any advice you can.

Just go to the doctor and get a drug test. once it comes out negative for drugs, get the doctors to talk to your mother about it

Why not go to rehab? Its like a freaking vacation! Besides going to therapy all you do is sleep all day, and they cook for you, what more could one ask for ??.....besides some good weed.

She can't send you to rehab if you are clean even if she really takes you to rehab they will test you mentally and physical and if your story is straight they will explain to your mom that you don't belong there and that they can't take you

They aren't going to accept you in rehab if you don't have a problem. They are professionals and can tell if you have a problem from a mile away. They don't have time to waste on fake addict cases just so mommy can get a vacation.
